Consider the following pros and cons:

Pros of Living Forever

  • Endless Learning and Experience: Immortality would provide for more time to gain information, skills and experiences.
  • Witnessing Progress: Living over centuries can provide the opportunity to see and contribute to the growth of cultures, science and technology.
  • Deep Relationships: Because one would have the leisure to nurture connections over lengthy periods of time, immortality might lead to the creation of long-lasting, meaningful relationships.
  • Adventures: With endless time, there would be enough opportunity for extended travel and exploration, as well as the discovery of new locations.
  • Overcoming Difficulties: Dealing with and overcoming difficulties may grow easier as time allows one to learn, adapt and discover answers.

Cons of Living Forever

  • Loss: Witnessing the death of loved ones may result in intense and long-lasting sadness.
  • Boredom: Endless time…
