I’m currently feeling overwhelmed, which is why I’m writing this in the hope that it may help.

Being grateful can help us when we find ourselves getting caught up in our thoughts and overthinking.

I’m grateful for the following things:

  1. I love love, I love giving and receiving hugs, there’s something so healing about it.
  2. I am grateful for the gift of health and the ability to care for my body and mind.
  3. Finding pleasure in simple pleasures, such as a hot cup of tea, a good book or the warmth of the sun on a chilly day.
  4. The peaceful times spent in nature, surrounded by the beauty of autumn leaves.
  5. Witnessing the stunning colours of the sky at sunrise and sunset is a reminder of the beauty in changes.
  6. The escape and knowledge received through reading, that opens doors to different worlds, thoughts and ideas.
  7. Furry friends that bring unconditional affection, providing warmth and joy to our everyday life.
  8. After a hard day, I am grateful for the comfort and warmth provided by a cosy bed.
  9. I treasure the times when real laughter and lovely smiles brighten my life.
  10. The joy that comes from losing yourself in a romcom.
